Install mounting structures, tracker systems, photovoltaic modules and DC cabling for utility-scale solar plants across Germany. Work with experienced installation teams on projects of different sizes.
Route, install, secure and terminate DC and AC cables for utility-scale photovoltaic power plants. Experience with cable trays, conduits, connectors and electrical installation work is preferred.
Support commissioning activities for utility-scale solar projects, including inverter checks, string verification, insulation measurements, documentation and coordination with EPC representatives.
Coordinate installation teams on photovoltaic construction sites. Monitor progress, quality, productivity and safety, communicate with project management and support the timely completion of works.
Manage one or more photovoltaic installation projects, coordinate clients and subcontractors, control schedules and budgets, follow project documentation and ensure quality delivery.
Support safe working conditions across PHV Energy sites. Conduct site inspections, safety briefings and risk assessments, verify PPE use and maintain safety documentation.
Operate mini excavators below 6 tonnes for trenching, cable routes, grading and other site works on photovoltaic projects. Relevant operating experience and attention to site safety are required.
Perform electrical installation, connection, testing and troubleshooting work on photovoltaic systems. A relevant electrical qualification and practical site experience are preferred.
Lead mechanical installation crews responsible for structures, trackers and module installation. Organise daily work, check quality and productivity and report progress to site management.
Inspect mechanical and electrical photovoltaic works, record non-conformities, verify corrective actions and support the preparation of quality documentation and handover records.
Carry out site measurements and setting-out activities for photovoltaic structures, roads, trenches and technical areas. Experience with modern surveying equipment is preferred.
Coordinate material receipt, storage, issue and inventory on photovoltaic construction sites. Maintain accurate records and support installation teams with timely material availability.
Support site administration, personnel records, timesheets, accommodation information, delivery documents and communication between the site and the central office.
Support photovoltaic construction activities such as material handling, preparation, mechanical installation, cable support installation and general site organisation.
